Meet Shannon, the vibrant and intuitive leader behind Happy Rooster Consulting, boasting 20 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, staffing management, and staff development across diverse industries such as Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Healthcare, Information Technology, and Industrial sectors.

As a seasoned ‘eggspert’ in sourcing and recruitment, Shannon takes pride in finding the perfect peep for the job, the first try. Her ability to intuitively pair an employee with a customer is a particular strength which brings her great joy! Shannon firmly believes in the importance of a harmonious fit for both the client and the candidate, recognizing it as the cornerstone of a successful match.

Beyond her professional prowess, Shannon wears the hats of a devoted wife to Patrick and a ‘Mommy’ to three beautiful chicks of her own. In her free time, she spreads her wings into gardening, playing amateur chef, home decorations (apologies to Patrick and you’re welcome, Amazon!), exploring functional medicine, hitting softballs, delving into holistic health, raising her fur babies, and expertly managing her lively flock of 13 hens and 1 HAPPY ROOSTER.

I have had the privilege of working with Shannon Kennedy at TruNorth Management LLC / Organixx. Even early in her employment relationship, it was clear that Shannon was a perfect fit for the company and our incredible Human Resources Department. She brought a high level of experience to the position of Talent Acquisition Manager that we had not previously encountered. Shannon was a positive, transformative and a motivating force within the HR Department. In August 2018, the relationship with TNM and Organixx (the supplement line of the company) changed and the two became their own, individual companies. The transition to Organixx was detailed and complex. Shannon played a critical role during that transition by supporting the shift of all talent activities, sourcing, on-boarding, and critical staff data of the company and online accounts from TNM to Organixx. Her contributions made the transition successful and smooth.

I had the pleasure of working with Shannon for about a year-and-a-half. She was my first impression of Organixx and I knew from the start we would get along well. Shannon brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything she does. She takes on tasks with a can-do approach and is always willing to step up and help where needed. One of my most favorite initiatives that Shannon spear-headed was our "Live It" employee competition that encouraged work-life balance and wellness by setting weekly physical and mental health goals, including weekly Zoom sessions with a variety of fitness experts. Everyone loved this program. As a 100% virtual company, it can be a challenge to execute team-building ideas, but Shannon excelled at it. I especially appreciated her sense of humor and likeable personality!
