As a seasoned ‘eggspert’ in sourcing and recruitment, Shannon takes pride in finding the perfect peep for the job, the first try. Her ability to intuitively pair an employee with a customer is a particular strength which brings her great joy! Shannon firmly believes in the importance of a harmonious fit for both the client and the candidate, recognizing it as the cornerstone of a successful match.

Beyond her professional prowess, Shannon wears the hats of a devoted wife to Patrick and a ‘Mommy’ to three beautiful chicks of her own. In her free time, she spreads her wings into gardening, playing amateur chef, home decorations (apologies to Patrick and you’re welcome, Amazon!), exploring functional medicine, hitting softballs, delving into holistic health, raising her fur babies, and expertly managing her lively flock of 13 hens and 1 HAPPY ROOSTER.
